An Invitation to Support the New Chùa Phật Sơn – Buddha Mountain Center
Dear Friends in the Dharma,
The timeless teachings of the Buddha continue to bring peace and healing in our modern world. In Roanoke, Virginia—a quiet mountain town—Phat Son Temple – Buddha Mountain Center has been a small yet welcoming space for practice and community since 2018.
Today, we face a heartfelt challenge: our current space is too small, with limited parking and no room to grow. To better serve the community, our abbot, Venerable Thich Chuc Do, has vowed to build a new temple at 4904 Buddha Mountain Rd, Roanoke, VA 24012. This undeveloped land will require infrastructure and a 3,000 sq ft temple building. The estimated cost: $1.5 million USD.
