This Sunday, April 19, 2026, English language services will be from 8:30 am to 9:30<\/strong>. Our monk Thay Chuc Do will give the Dharma talk. An informal coffee social will be held after the service.<\/p>

All are welcome to join us for meditation in a peaceful, informal setting. We will provide brief guidance early in the hour and have an interval bell throughout. Cushions and chairs provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own. Attendees may come and go or switch between sitting and standing meditation as needed.\u00a0<\/p>

We’re hosting a community yard sale fundraiser on\u00a0Saturday, April 18<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Saturday, April 25<\/strong>, from 9:30 am to noon at 5535 Florist Rd, Roanoke, VA 24012.<\/p>

Every purchase goes directly toward building our new Roanoke temple \u2014 a permanent home for Buddha Mountain Center and a space of peace and mindfulness for our whole community.<\/p>

This is a multi-family sale with whole-congregation donations \u2014 you’ll find great deals on clothing, small appliances & electronics, RC cars & toys, home decor, accessories, and much more.<\/p>

We’ll also be serving complimentary tea \u2014 come shop, save, and take a quiet moment for yourself.<\/p>
